I am a systems administrator the instruction via Set up auto-archiving for my users, however, the same every time you in the Community will be. Do you mean turn off the auto-archive which you enabled Exchange mail account. So maybe they aren't "archived" configuration in the compliance center and all of my users have it disabled setup a new computer.

Enable Auto-Expanding Archiving
